    Child violence is a social problem that needs the care of society. Caring, protecting and educating children is the great cause of nations, is the responsibility of the family and the whole community. At present, the child violence does not tend to decrease, but increases instead. From this situation, the article explores the child violence from a legal point of view and suggests some solutions to combat the child violence
