Leadership roles for judicial activities

Abstract

   Along with the "legislative" and "executive" fields; "Judicial" is always concerned by the Party and State. This is reflected in a series of guidelines and direction of the Party to build a democratic and progressive justice system. Associated with each historical period, the Communist Party of Vietnam leaves a deep impression on the judiciary; Always promptly set out the right policies and decisions for the judicial work of the country. The paper focuses on analysis and interpretation of the leadership of the Party towards the system of procuracies and courts. From that point of view, the review of the Party's role in the judicial sector from the constitutional history to date.
