Factors affecting the development of high quality human resources in the construction industry

Abstract

    Improving competitiveness in the integration process is an indispensable objective of enterprises, sectors and economic sectors.One of the issues to improve competitiveness is the development of human resources, especially high quality human resources. On19th April, the Government issued Decision No 579/QÀ-TTg approving" "Vietnam Human Resources Development Strategy for2011-2020" with the main objective of enhancing the skills, working skills and improving the human resources of human resources.In this context, the construction industry has paid great attention to the development of high quality human resources to meet theexigency of both domestic and international marketers.
