Social standards in enterprises in current Bat Trang trade village (Based on the case study of Bat Trang commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi)

Abstract

    Bat Trang is a village with a long tradition, famous for pottery and porcelain in the country and in the world.Businesses in Bat Trang increasingly focus on developing production - business. In their activities, each business is driven by valuesto develop. Beside these values, the business / production / business establishments in Bat Trang also follow social norms. Thepaper analyzes current business standards in Bat Trang in the primary relationship between employers and employees. In addition,the article also analyzes the standards of enterprises in relation to the community and is influenced by Bat Trang village communitystandards.
