Abstract

    Although migration is seen as the essential factor in poverty reduction and development acceleration, Vietnam policymakersstill worry about unexpected effects of the process, have caused unnecessary difficulties and risks for migrants. This articlewill learn about policies and models of residence administration through periods, from that finding out the relation betweenmanagement of residence and ability to access employments by immigrant labours in urban areas, towards the target: all people,regardless of residential status are created equal opportunity in the spirit of equality, create opportunities to approach commonresources, joint and receive benefits, create sustainable jobs... that was mentioned in The Vietnam's Sustainable DevelopmentStrategy 2011-2020.
