Assessing the relevance of specialized training to the current job of graduated students in the Sociology Department of Trade Union University

Abstract

    One of the main objectives of the project "Student's employment in the Faculty of sociology in Vietnam Trade UnionUniversity after graduation" (researched and published by the whole trainers of the Faculty of Sociology in June, 2017) and is toevaluate the suitable degree between the current work of the students and the knowledge and skills they have been trained in theuniversity environment. The researchers used the method of document analysis, descriptive statistics, statistical inference, comparativeapproach, ... and used the survey 251 survey forms on the basis of convenient sample and 10 deep interviews (cater forstudents, but not for staff, who are sent to study or used to study at the Faculty of Sociology in Vietnam Trade Union University).Based on the information processing, the research has answered (obtained) the research objectives.
