Abstract

    Social norms deviance behaviour (referred to as deviance behaviour) is a varied and difficult issue. It appears evenmore in profound social changes period. In the context of deep international integration, young people have more and more conditionsand facilities to quickly receive various cultural values in many ways, including by virtual social network. The massive and unselectivereception of new cultural values of young people has led some to social norms deviance behaviour. It is worth mentioning that youthdeviance behaviours are and will continue to exist in a large number of netizens and young people. The article figures out the objectiveexistence as well as the types of youth deviance behaviours when using virtual social network based on R. Merton's approach tofunctional theories.
