Abstract

   Building a new countryside is a policy of our Party and State. This is a policy that affects most people in Vietnam. Theprocess of implementing the new rural construction in Khanh Hoa in particular and the whole country in general, though has achievedcertain results, still reveals many shortcomings. The implementation process faced many difficulties, challenges, requiring the Partycommittees, each staff and the entire political system to do both draw experience, while doing research and research to find thedirection. go the most effective. The paper uses basic sociological research methods such as observation, secondary successionanalysis of secondary materials and semi-structured group discussion of some commune and district leaders in Khanh Hoa. Therebydraw the objective, scientific and practical solutions to build a new countryside.
