Building the judiciary according to the Ho Chi Minh’s thought

Abstract

    At present, the Party, the State and people are stepping up the implementation of judicial reform in order to build ademocratic, progressive and deeply democratic judiciary to serve the interests of The people, for the cause of building and developingthe country. The paper focuses on analyzing and explaining the basic foundations of Ho Chi Minh's thought on the construction of thepeople's judiciary; Ho Chi Minh's idea of reforming the judicial system and building a socialist legal system. On that basis, the assessment, conclusions and recommendations for judicial work in Vietnam are made.
