Vietnam Women-owned small and medium enterprises in the Industrial Tevolution 4.0

Abstract

     Women-owned small and medium enterprises (women-owned SMEs) play an important role in the socio-economic development in Vietnam. However, these Women-owned SMEs have to face many difficulties in the development process. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 brings both opportunities and challenges for Vietnamese enterprises in general and women-owned SMEs in particular. This paper analyzes the current status of Vietnam's women-owned SMEs, in which discusses opportunities and challenges offered by the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Lastly, the authour conclude some solutions to enhance the development of women-owned SMEs.
