The levels of satisfaction of workers, lives in Yen Phong, Bac Ninh province

Abstract

     This article is based on the result of research "Satisfaction in life of workers at Yen Phong industrial zone - Bac Ninh" by me in 2017. This research uses Likert question with 5 level scale (level 1= very dissatisfied; level 5 = very satisfied) with volume of 300 samples. Structure of samples is selected randomly with workers who are living and working at Yen Phong industrial zone in Bac Ninh province, specifically in gender proportion, 46,7% is male and 53,3% is female; age proportion is divided into different groups, namely: 26,1% of workers aged from 18 to 25, 56,6% of workers aged from 26 to 35, 17, 3% of workers aged over 35; in education/profession proportion there is 12,7% of them under secondary school level, 50,3% with high school level, 21,7% with college and university level; 15,3% with vocational school level; seniority is 2,78 years.
