Presentation skills – one of the determinants of the effectiveness of Union fficials

Abstract

   The duties of trade union officials are first of all to be closely linked with union members and workers; Respect theopinions of members and employees; reporting, reflecting and implementing two-way information between trade union levels,between workers and their employers or employers; At the same time, the staff knows how to organize dialogue betweenemployees and employers in agencies, units, enterprises or between trade unions and representatives of employers. In the unionactivities, in order to carry out the above tasks, in addition to knowledge and experience, union staff should be equipped with softskills, including presentation skills.
