Trade union role in Vietcombank – branch office in the dialogue at the workplace

Abstract

   This paper is based on the research results of the topic "Role of trade unions in dialogue at Vietcombank - Branchesof Transaction". For the purpose of analyzing the role of trade unions in dialogue at Vietcombank - Branch Office. On that basis,to propose some solutions to enhance the role of trade unions in dialogue at enterprises in order to protect the legitimate rightsand interests of members and employees of Vietcombank - Branch Trading Center.
