Situation for assessment of trade union organizations

Abstract

    Assessment and classification of trade unions annually is identified as a very important task in building the trade unionof Vietnam. From practical activities, the regular evaluation aims to supplement and complete the set of criteria, processes andguidelines as the basis and rank the quality of activities of trade unions at all levels. Thereby, to propose solutions to renovate andimprove the quality of evaluation and classification of trade union organizations with more appropriate criteria, meeting therequirements of trade union activities in the new situation. This is also the focus of the Vietnam General Confederation of Laborassigned Research Institute of workers and trade union from June 2017 to May 2018 with the theme "Innovation to improve thequality assessment type of trade union "Code XH.TLÀ/2017.03"
