Strengthen the active participation in social work of workers in the current period

Abstract

   Positivity in social activities is the workers' self-conscious, active and creative spirit which helps they participate insocial activities with their all material and spiritual conditions. It is aimed to solve with posing social issues, practically contributed tothe economic-social development. Under current circumstances, promoting the workers' positivity in social activities is an importantmeasure to boost economic, social and cultural development. There are many means to encourage the workers' positivity in socialactivities such as engaging a number of forces, combining political, ideological, economic, legal, organizational and administrativemeasures. In this article, the author focuses on some key solutions.
