Abstract

   In the conditions of market economy at present in our country, the economic reforms taking place in a deeper andmore radical, with the Industrial Revolution 4th've really put education school before the new challenges is rapid, increasing pressureon management reform of higher education on the major aspects: scientific, financial, organizational and personnel. Therefore,requires universities to actually have autonomy in the training. Training not only according to state plans, but also training undercontracts with the employers organization, meet the needs of society with the ability of the school.
