Some issues of business ethic in human resource management

Abstract

    Profit is one of the essentials for the survival of an enterprise and is the basis for assessing the ability to maintain itsbusiness. However, if executives misunderstand the nature of profit and see it as the sole and main goal of the business, the survivalof the business can be threatened. In Vietnamese, enterprises seem not to pay attention to the necessity and inevitability of businessethics. Aiming to achieve profit as soon as possible, many enterprises consider ethical issues as additional factors. This leads to thephenomenon of poor quality goods and services, enterprises do not pay much attention to workers.
