The role of Vietnam’s intelletual workers in the industrial sector, modernizatione of the country

Abstract

   Now in the world of internationalization, globalization is going to be raging. That trend is strongly affecting developingcountries like India, Thailand, Vietnam... Countries are pushing to develop the economy according to industrialization, modernization,associated with knowledge economy. For Viet Nam to promote the industrialization and modernization industry, modernization of theknowledge economic development has created the premise, conditions for the formation of the knowledge workers - Representative ofthe vietnamese working class. However, in terms of logic and practice, many of the Viet Nam intellectuals and staff problems have notbeen properly cared for and there are shortcomings. So demand is to promote the role of the Vietnamese intellectuals in the industrialsector, modernization of our country today.
