Enhancing the role of trade union in industrial parks and export – procssing zones in caring for the material and spiritual life for workers

Abstract

   In the context of international integration, provinces and cities nationwide have industrial parks, export processingzones, foreign invested enterprises appear more and more. The number of employees working in the industrial area grows, laborrelations between employers and workers become more complicated. Therefore, trade union organizations should pay attention andhave positive solutions to protect legitimate rights and interests of workers, especially care to improve the quality of life and spirit forworkers in industrial zones.
