Enhance corporat social responsibility in using human resources

Abstract

   Human resources are an important, indispensable resource of any organization. In the process of using, organizationsneed to have a full understanding of the role of human resources, which is used effectively towards the goal of sustainabledevelopment. This article addresses the social responsibility of enterprises in the use of human resources, clarifies the concept of socialresponsibility in the use of human resources of enterprises, the meaning of raising social responsibility in the using human resources;the social responsibility of Vietnamese enterprises in the use of human resources, the solutions to improving the social responsibilityof enterprises in the use of human resources in order to use human resources efficiently for the sustainable development of enterprisesin particular and society in general.
