Ho Chi Minh president – first laid the foundation for Vietnam – America relationship

Abstract

    The relationship between Vietnam and the United States has gone through many ups and downs, changes of history.Today, Vietnam and the United States have embarked become friends, comprehensive partnership based on the principles of equality,respect for the political institutions, independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of each country. These accomplishments are dueto the great contribution of the two peoples, but above all, the first foundation for this relationship was President Ho Chi Minh.
