The process of developing legal dissemination, propagation and education plan for laborers in the current period

Abstract

    The propaganda, dissemination and education of law for laborers plays a very important role as a bridge to conveythe Party's undertakings and policies and the State's law to the laborers. In the past years, this work has gained remarkable results,contributing to raising the legal awareness of laborers. However, in addition to the results achieved, propaganda, dissemination andlegal education for workers are still current and heavy on the movement. In this article, the author focuses on clarifying the importanceof developing legal dissemination and education plans for laborers as well as the requirements, bases, contents and procedures ofmaking the law dissemination, propagation programs.
