The fourth industrial revolution influences restructuring of labor

Abstract

    Nowaday, Industry 4.0 is going on with fastly speed and large extension in the history of industrial development.Industry 4.0 will even have strong influences on our manufaction and social life. This article analyse the challenges and orientablesolutions of Industry 4.0 for the Restructuring of Labor of Vietnam.Intellectual standard, enjoyment level of employees have been made better; culture and sport activities, media and other socialactivities at union levels are also promoted.
