The recruitment and using labor in enterprises in Vinh Phuc province

Abstract

   The problem of recruitment and using labor in enterprises in Vietnam in general and enterprises in Vinh Phuc inparticular has many shortcomings and great impact on demand in the labor market. Especially, the problem ofusing labor areexpressed in many aspects such as: the problem of job placement suitable to employees' ability, working time, working environmentand conditions, occupational safety and hygiene. Therefore, the analysis and assessment of the current situation of labor shortagesin enterprises in Vinh Phuc is very necessary, so that the leader of Vinh Phuc province has the basis to come up with solutions to solvethe above inadequacies.
