Learner need analysis models in esp courses at universities

Abstract

   The importantance of Need Analysis in ESP courses is undenialble. However, there has been a lack of analyzinglearners' needs before designing these courses at universities in Vietnam. Different models of analyzing needs have theirs ownadvantages and disadvantages. This article focuses on three models to analyse needs of learners in order to have effective ESPcourses in which students are into learning with strong motivation.
