Solution to the renovotion of the union leodership method of the Communist Porty of Vietnom in the new period

Abstract

Innovating the way of unionizing leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam is Objective necessities and urgent requirements. The leading spirit in reforming/ Innovating the Party's  union leadership method is to lead democratically, to perform democracy, to lead by the strength of the organization and the quality of officials and party members, by facilitating/ by giving chances, promoting trade union activities and enhancing inspection and supervision, upholding the pioneering role, exemplary of officials and party members; by the solidarity, cooperation, and support of Party organizations at all levels for the same level trade unions ; by focusing on practical summary, timely detection  situations, to promptly handle (solve) and timely solve the inadequacies and to apply valuable experiences, for the union movement developing.
