The Party's guidelines and State's policies and policies on infrastructure stability and development in mountainous areas over the past 30 years

Abstract

    This paper outlines the process of over 30 years (from 1986 up to now) developing and implementing Party and State policies and policies on infrastructure stability and development in ethnic minority areas. In which, the system of infrastructure construction policies is listed in detail in each period, thereby showing the attention and investment for the stability and development of ethnic minority areas in our country. The Party and the State pay special attention to this issue, considering it one of the key tasks of building a great unity bloc of the entire nation and developing sustainably.
