Paracel and spratly islands from the principle of effective occupation perspective

Abstract

     Vietnam has established the sovereignty over Paracel and Spratly Islands, in a natural way which is completely in accordance with the Principle of Effective Occupation. Although there have been many history events, on the basis of this principle within Public International Law, these two archipelagos are always an integral part of Vietnam sovereignty.
