Abstract

    The specialized knowledge that universities provide to students in the learning process is the deciding factor that helps students make a career in the future. However, that knowledge is not enough to help students find jobs in a professional working environment or overcome difficulties and challenges in a changing world every day. Therefore, it is necessary to equip students with essential soft skills to enable them to confidently integrate and develop their careers in the future.
