Competition behavior is not healthy related to industrial property rights

Abstract

     Unfair competition behavior is governed by both competition laws and intellectual property laws. However, because of competition laws and IP laws, issued by different ministries, at different times, it is inevitable that overlaps and overlaps affect the application and realization present law on unfair competition related to industrial property.
