Japanese’s Public Officials Salary Policies And Policies Implication For Vietnam

Abstract

    This paper introduces the Japanese’s public officials salary policies at the central level. At the same time, it also briefly decribes the Japanese’s public government officials recruitment process.
     From the experience of Japan, this paper provides some policy suggestions for Vietnam in order to successfully implement the Resolution No.27-NQ/TW dated May 21^st, 2018 of the 7th Central Committee Meeting and the Resolution No.107/NQ-CP dated August 16^th, 2018 of the Central Government on implementation of the Resolution No.27-NQ/TW on reforming salary policies for public officals, army forces employees and employees in private sectors.
