International Trade law in a market economy

Abstract

   The study of international trade law in the market economy is essential with both theoretical and practical significance. This article focuses on legal sources and the development of international commercial law in the market economy; study laws harmonization and its impact on international trade. The content of this article can be used for training, lecturing and scientific researching purposes, which would contribute to the process of making Vietmese laws to be close to provisions of WTO as well as New-generation free trade agreements (FTAs).
