The role of the Trade Union when participating in ensuring job security in the Covid-19 epidemic in Vietnam

Abstract

   Job security is not a new but never old research issue of many countries in the world, including Vietnam. In this article, the author briefly presents a number of perspectives on job security and some impacts of job security on workers during the Covid-19 pandemic and the role of trade unions in ensuring job for employees in the first quarter and second quarter of 2020
