Developing the party grassroots organization and developing party membership in non - state enterprises: situation, challenges and solutions

Abstract

    The renovation which Vietnam Communist Party initiated since 1986 has had many great social - economic achievements. In particular, the contribution of the non-state economic sector is great along with the strong development in the scale and scope of non-state enterprises. That reality requires strengthening the Party's leadership in the non-state economy in order to not only further increase the position, role and contribution of the non-state economy but also overcome limitations and weaknesses. In addition to implementing administrative and economic measures, promoting the building of Party  grassroots organizations and developing party members in non-state enterprises is an important task and an indispensable requirement.
