Innovation of training in finance & banking in Vietnam: the reality and experience lessions

Abstract

   Renovating higher education is one of the strategic tasks of the national education system. In which, training innovation of Finance & Banking can be considered as an urgent task to meet the human resource needs for the digital transformation process of the system of banks and credit institutions. This paper summarizes the actual context and content of training innovation in Finance & Banking in Vietnam, thereby drawing some experience lessons for the innovation of training in Finance & Banking.
