Applying Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts about ideology on education to fundamentally and comprehensively renovate education and training in Vietnam today.

Abstract

    In the Ho Chi Minh heritage, the ideology on education plays an important role. During the whole life of revolutionary activities, Ho Chi Minh always placed education in a special position. In Ho Chi Minh’s opinion, education is considered as one of the most important means to improve human capacity and quality, first of all, to improve patriotism and complete personality. Creatively applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology on education, the Communist Party of Vietnam has adopted many guidelines and directions to fundamentally and comprehensively renovate the national education to meet the requirements of the current process of renovation and international integration.
