Application of Ho Chi Minh city's independence on independence, automaticity in foreign party and international unity of the Vietnamese company

Abstract
Independence and self-control are prominent and consistent thinking in all political activities of Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh. The main principle of that thought is “If you want people to help you, you must first help yourself”. Maintaining independence and self-reliance is both a way and an immutable principle to best protect the interests of the nation - nation. Continuing to apply Ho Chi Minh's core ideology on independence, self-reliance in foreign affairs and international solidarity, the Communist Party of Vietnam has made many innovations and supplements in foreign policy in order to build a foreign country independence and self-reliance in line with the nation's endogenous strength and the current world situation.
