Requirements for education and foresting of basis trade union staff in the conditions that Vietnam performs new generation freedom agreement.

Abstract

    CPTPP is The Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership is a free trade agreement (FTA), include 11 partners: Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, and Vietnam. The EU–Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) is a free trade agreement between Vietnam and 27 nations of the EU. EVFTA and Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP), are two FTA that have wide range of commitment and highest level of commitment in Vietnam from past to present. However, the basis trade union team had knowledges and mood-posture for changes that will be happened with union activities in next time. This paragraph will measure training demands of basis trade union staff to respond well to changes when Vietnam joins the agreements.
