Employment and life of workers working in industrial zones – Problems and some recommendations

Abstract

    The strong development of industrial zones has made great contributions to local economic development and job creation in recent years. However, there are big problems arising in workers’ employment and lives during this development process. Especially, under the context of current Covid-19 pandemic,  it has “overturned” a lot of problems which have existed and not been solved for many years. Therefore, in addition to the efforts of each worker, it is necessary to have the attention and support of the whole political system, with this important labour force, in the process of policy improvement and short-term as well as long-term implementation.
