The way of the Vietnamese Communist Party on training Trade Union officials in the period of promoting industrializationand modernization of the country (since 1996)

Abstract

     The Communist Party's guidelines on the leadership of the Trade Union organization are comprehensive, in which training the Trade Union officials is an important content. Since the country entered the period of industrialization and modernization (since 1996), the Communist Party has issued many crucial resolutions on building the working class and trade union organization, including training trade union officials such as: The Resolution No.20 / NQ-TW dated 28/01/2008 of the 10^th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam; The strategy of building and developing the Vietnamese working class in the new period proposed by the 11^th Party Congress (January 2011); Conclusion No. 79-KL/TW dated 25 December 2013 of the Politburo; Resolution of the 13th Party Congress (January 2021); Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW of the Politburo, dated 12 June 2021. Those resolutions oriented and laid the foundation for training the trade union officials of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, bringing about great results.
