International cooperation in university education & training in Vietnam in the presentation

Abstract

   International cooperation in higher education and training is inevitable in the context of Vietnam's promoting globalization and international integration. The article analyzes the views of Ho Chi Minh and the Party on international cooperation in education and training. On the basis of analyzing achievements and limitations in international cooperation in higher education and training, the author has proposed solutions to promote international cooperation in higher education and training in Vietnam in the near future.
