Mechanism of settlement labor dispute under labor code 2019

Abstract

    The labor dispute settlement mechanism is the way in which the labor dispute settlement process carried out in accordance with the law. An effective labor dispute settlement mechanism shall help to properly protect the interests of the parties in the labor relationship, at a macro level, and also contribute to the improvement of the law, to ensure the legal regulations in the labor relations applied uniformly and correctly at all times in practice. Within this article, author analyzes the current mechanisms under the provision of Labor Code to resolve dispute arising between emplyees and employers.
