Building Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) system in educational institutions and proposing for an application at Trade Union University

Abstract

    Each training institution is always responsible for ensuring the quality of education in order to create its brand and enhance its appeal to learners and their parents. In order to ensure quality each of them needs to build an internal quality assurance (IQA) system in the most effective way. It can be said that building an internal quality assurance system is a must for each educational institution to ensure quality, which sooner or later obliges all educational institutions to comply with. What are the components of the internal quality assurance system, how are they implemented, and what are their specific goals? The article aims to discuss the basic issues of IQA in higher education and propose to strengthen this system at Trade Union University."
