Promoting the active and positive role of the young lecturers in researching and teaching political theory

Abstract

    Young lecturers who are responsible for the mision of studying and teaching theorectical politics play a very important role. They are not only the next force, succeeding the preceding generations of lecturers but also the decisive factor for the success of the revolutionary cause. The characteristics of young instructors are those of very young age, very young profession, limited practical experience, while political logic is difficult and abstract, teaching varied, including experts with high expertise and rich in practical experience. Therefore, young lecturers need to bring into play their active and positive role in the studying and teaching to meet the increasing requirements of teaching and training theorectical politics at present.
