Solutions to apply information technology in improving the efficiency of the implementation of functions and tasks of grassroots trade unions

Abstract

    The birth and strong development of information technology helps improve work efficiency in many fields. In that context, in order to perform their tasks effectively, Trade union organizations in general and grassroots trade unions in particular need to further promote the use of information technology achievements in their activities. The article presents the effectiveness of the application of information technology, thereby proposing some solutions to improve the application of information technology in performing the functions and duties of grassroots trade union officials.
