Training and fostering trade union officials of small and medium enterpries in Vietnam

Abstract

   Training and fostering trade union officials in small and medium enterprises in Vietnam is a matter of concern and attention by Trade unions at all levels. The article raises some issues about the object, content, methods, documents, form and organization of training activities in order to improve the quality of trade union cadres in small and medium enterprises in the country next time.
