New perception of our Party at the 13th Congress on major relations during the transition to socialism in Vietnam

Abstract

    The major relationships that need to be realized and resolved during the transition to socialism in Vietnam, which have reflected the law of dialectics, are the core issues in the Party's renovation line; that is a theoretical awareness, representing a new step in the Party's theoretical thinking; renewed, enriched, and more specifically the theory of innovation, theory of development, providing scientific answers about socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam.
