Some studies on the act of asking in Vietnamese from the perspective of speech acts theory

Abstract

   The study of  the perspective of speech acts theory and the act of asking in particular, has long been interested by many Vietnamese linguists in many different aspects. This article will summarize some of the authors' works when studying the act of asking from the the perspective of speech acts theory.
