Several influencing factors to Women's working life who have special circumstances in the current context

Abstract

     Female workers who have special circumstances, especially single female workers raising children, female workers suffering from serious diseases, female workers have poor health, difficulty at work, low income, have trouble material and spiritual life. In order to recognize, evaluate and propose policies to support groups of female workers with special circumstances. This article study and find out the factors affecting the working life of women who has special circumstances in the current context.
