Solutions to find suitalble jobs for students majoring in Labor relations after graduation

Abstract

    The report on the employment situation of graduates from 2018 to 2021 shows that the employment rate of students majoring in Labor Realtions reaches from over 50% to 70% of the total number of graduates. But the majority graduates work in fields have jobs unrealated to their degree. By investigating the employment situation of students after graduation, the article points out the cause of this phenomenon, thereby proposing solutions to enhance the ability to find suitable jobs for students majoring in Labor Relations.
